PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with what is set out in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, for Personal Data Protection (LOPD), in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations for developing the LOPD (RLOPD), and in the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Law 34/2002, of 11 July (LSSICE), Fibratel S.L. (hereinafter "Fibratel") is committed to rigorously comply with current legislation in terms of handling personal data and information security. This is so the users are guaranteed that the collection and handling of the data provided will be carried out with full security guarantees.

Our Privacy Policy affects both the personal information you provide us with when subscribing to our applications as well as all the information you give to us when accessing any of the services available on the Kumonet website.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

As the owner of the "www.kumonet.es" domain, Fibratel informs its website's users about its Data Protection Policy so that they can freely and voluntarily decide if they wish to provide Fibratel with the personal data that may be required.
For this reason, Fibratel informs you that on the Kumonet website we will only request and process the following personal information:

(i) In the "Ask us" section, we will ask you for your name and surname, company, telephone number and email address in the event of you wishing to contact us. This is exclusively to allow us to contact you in order to respond to your questions, comments, concerns or requests for information.

(ii) In the "Subscribe" section, we will ask you for your email address in order to send you our newsletter periodically, thus keeping you informed of the news, developments and offers on our products and services. To unsubscribe from our newsletter and to exercise your right to cancel and object, you only have to click on "unsubscribe" in the newsletter's footer or send an email to info@fibratelcom with the following subject: Unsubscribe from the Newsletter. On receiving your request, Fibratel will cancel or remove your details in a time frame of no more than 10 days from receiving the request.

All the personal data previously outlined, as well as any other personal data supplied by users when completing forms hosted on Kumonet's website, or when subscribing or signing up to services offered by Kumonet via its website, will be processed and incorporated into a personal data file called "file kumonet", which belongs to Fibratel. This is duly listed on the General Register for Data Protection in the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Fibratel S.L., with its registered address on Calle Xaudaró, 11, 28034, Madrid (Spain), will be responsible for the file and the recipient of the information. The purpose of the file will be for the management, administration, provision, extension and improvement of the services offered by Kumonet to the users through the web portal at "www.kumonet.es". The user will decide, where appropriate, to subscribe to, sign up to or use the web portal. The file will also be used for studying how the users make use of the services, for designing new related services and for sending service updates.

At all times, Fibratel's users will be able to exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing, under the terms set out in article 25.1 of RLOPD, to Fibratel S.L., with its registered address at Calle Xaudaró, 11, 28034, Madrid (Spain), or by sending an email to info@fibratel.com with "Personal Data Protection" as the subject.

Fibratel will not concede personal data to unauthorized third parties unless this is necessary in order to provide the service requested by the user. In this case, the user accepts that Fibratel will provide the necessary personal data to the provider of the associated service in order to provide the necessary service.

The registered users expressly and unequivocally authorize Fibratel to send information, by using traditional or electronic means, about the products and services offered by or through "Fibratel S.L." related to its objectives.

Additionally, in compliance with the provisions of LSSICE, when sending commercial communications via email, Fibratel will include an email address (info@fibratel.com) where the user can exercise their right to objection.

Fibratel informs the users that it has adopted the legally required security levels for data protection. It has installed all the basic level means and technical measures for avoiding loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data provided by the users through the web portal. However, users must be aware that security measures on the internet are not impenetrable.

Certain services provided on the Site might contain specific conditions with specific provisions in terms of Personal Data Protection.

With the aim of offering you a better service through this site, and in order to make it available for use, the number of pages visited can be analysed along with the number of visits, the activities of the Site's visitors and how frequently the Site is used.

With this information, the frequency of use of Fibratel's websites is analysed based on the connection data and the most visited sections.

Use of cookies
A cookie is a text file that a web server can save on the hard disk of a device in order to store information about the user. It can only be read by the website that has sent it to the device. This is in addition to any storage or data recovery device on the recipients' terminal equipment.

Fibratel uses temporary cookies that disappear when the user session comes to an end. In the case of the cookies not being temporary, as is the case with Google Analytics cookies, Fibratel will inform the users clearly and fully about the use of cookies and will establish the purposes of their use and mechanisms to gain the user's consent, as explained in our Cookie Policy. This is in compliance with the provisions of article 22.2 of the LSSICE, modified by Royal Decree-Law 13/2012, of 30 March, which places the 2002/58/CE Directive under Spanish law. This Directive concerns personal data handling and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.

Under no circumstances will Fibratel use cookies to collect personal information.

Amendment

Fibratel can modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case-law as well as good practices. In these cases, Fibratel will use this page to announce the changes made within a reasonable time before putting them in place. Fibratel will also inform the users of updates or modifications to this privacy policy.
